Foil Wrapped Steak

Ingredients

2 lb
round steak
2 Tbsp
butter
1 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 large
onion, sliced
1
bell pepper, sliced
1
carrot, shredded
1
celery ribs, bias cut 1 inch
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce

Step-By-Step

1Trim the ligament and fat from the round steak.
2Place double layer of aluminum foil in bottom of shallow baking pan (9x15x2 or thereabouts in size).
3Place meat on foil.
4Spread unmelted butter on top of meat, season with garlic powder, pepper and half of worcestershire sauce or powder.
5Pile vegetables on top.
6Top with remaining worcestershire.
7Cover with 2 additional layers of foil, wrap tightly to keep steam and juices inside.
8Bake 2 1/2 hours in 350 oven.
