- 2 lb
- beef flank steak
- 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice, fresh
- 3 Tbsp
- olive oil, extra virgin
- packet italian salad dressing mix
1Put all ingredients into gallon size zipper bag. Shake well. Place in refrigerator for 2-15 hours, take bag out a couple of times to shake and turn over.
2When ready to cook, remove meat from the bag and put the liquid in a sauce pan and cook on high for five minutes to make a sauce (optional). Broil, grill or fry the steak as desired.
3If you decide to broil or fry the steak, put leftover liquid into the pan to get all the drippings for added flavor, and then cook about 5 minutes.
