coarse ground salt and pepper
1Mix together soy sauce, sherry and honey, stir till blended. Brush onto steak and marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge.
2Heat broiler; set rack 4" from heat.
Line broiler pan with aluminum foil.
Brush steak with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper; repeat on other side.
3Broil till beautifully brown on one side, 5-7 minutes; turn over and continue cooking to desired doneness (5-8 minutes more).
4Transfer to plate; cover loosely with foil and let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
5Slice meat thinly against the grain, and serve.
