This is my wife's recipe. You can substitute pork, turkey any type of ground meat. be creative, this came about due to cheezits and chicken in a biscuit crackers being the only "filler" available. sometime we use a few strips of bacon on top

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef (not too lean or it gets dry. we use 85/15 or 80/20)
1/2 c
cheezit cheddar jack crackers
1/4 c
chicken in a biscuit crackers
2 can(s)
tomato soup
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 c
ketchup
1-2
eggs
1 pinch
salt and pepper, and garlic powder

Step-By-Step

1preheat over to 375°

2smash crackers to fine consistency and combine with meat, eggs and Worcestershire sauce. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder.

3form the meat mixture into the shape of a loaf in a pam coated 9 x 13 baking dish. bake uncovered for 30 minutes

4Remove from oven, add 2 cans of tomato soup to baking dish and cover top of meatloaf with ketchup. return to oven and 390 minutes @ 385°
