I have some really outlandish burger recipes posted, but I thought I would post one that is my favorite and it's actually very down to earth.
HEALTHIER BURGER suggestions:
Use whole wheat bun
93% ground beef or turkey
2% cheddar cheese

Ingredients

2 lb
ground chuck

portabello mushrooms, sliced

sweet or red onion, sliced
black pepper, favorite other seasonings

hamburger buns

Make your patties, press down in the center to make a "well". This allows the patties to cook more evenly.

If you have a outdoor grill, this is by far the tastiest way to cook a burger.
