Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground beed
1/4 c
dry bread crumbs
1/4 c
your choice of grated cheese (i used parmesan)
1 tsp
fresh italian herbs (or 1/2 tsp dry)
1 tsp
minced garlic
1
egg

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, shape into balls, depending on how many you would like. Place aluminium paper on cookie sheet, spray with a little oil, bake 15-20 minutes in preheated 350F (or until browned)
