Easy Rio Grande Supper

Another family pleaser! Great served with a green salad and garlic bread.

1 1/2 lb
ground chuck
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 medium
bell pepeper, chopped
12 oz
can kernel corn
8 oz
jalapeno pepper cheese whiz spread
3/4 c
favorite barbecue sauce
1 tsp
chili powder
1 small
package of corn chips


1Cook meat, onion and bell pepper and drain. Add all ingredients back in pan except corn chips. Mix and bring to low boil and simmer about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to make sure it does not stick to pan. Spoon into individual serving bowls and top with chips. Even better next day. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
