Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1-1/2 lb
cubed stew beef
1 can(s)
(10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c
dry red wine
1
onion, chopped
1 can(s)
(4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 pkg
(1 ounce) onion soup mix
1 Tbsp
minced garlic

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine beef, soup, wine, onion, mushrooms, soup mix and garlic in crock pot.
Cover; cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Serve over noodles, if desired.
