Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1 large
onion,chopped
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
2 can(s)
kidney beans,drained
2 can(s)
tomato sauce
2 can(s)
tomatoes, canned italian-style
3 clove
garlic,crushed
2
cans water,
Hot Sauce
to personal taste
1/2 c
yellow cornmeal,to thicken
mexican blend shredded cheese

Step-By-Step

1In a Dutch Oven Or Large 2 handled pot,brown ground beef,onion and clove garlic in bottom of pot. DO NOT DRAIN FAT! Add all of the Taco Pkt. Stir to combined.
2Add in Kidney Beans,Tomato Sauces,1/2c. cornmeal,water,and hot sauce to taste. Simmer for 20-25 min.,stirring occasionally!
Add cheddar Cheese to to of top of each personal portioned bowl of Chili. Serve and Enjoy
