season meat with paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic. in large skillet over med. heat melt butter and add meat and onions. cook and stir until browned. add mushrooms, beef broth, bay leaf, worcestershire sauce. bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer 1 to 1 1/4 hours. remove and discard bay leaf. in small bowl stir flour and sour cream. add to meat mixture. cook and stir over med heat until sauce thickens. serve over hot cooked noodles.
