On medium heat cook the bacon (2 slices of bacon per burger) and hamburger patties. Sprinkle lawrys salt on both sides of burger patties while meat is uncooked. I use a large flat skillet and place the uncooked bacon at the top, and the ground beef patties at the bottom- so the bacon grease will drizzle down towards the patties.
Once the juice runs clear on the burger patties put a slice of cheese on each patty. Leave on the skillet/griddle until melty.
Place cooked strips of bacon on top of the melted cheese.
