| 1/2 c | chopped onion |
| 1 pkg | taco seasoning mix |
| 1 16oz can(s) | refried beans |
| 1 8oz can(s) | tomato paste |
| 2 8oz can(s) | pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls |
| 1 Tbsp | oil |
| 1/3 c | cornmeal |
| 1 c | cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 1 c | shredded monterey jack cheese |
| 2 c | shredded lettuce |
| 1 c | chopped tomatoes |

Directions
Brown meat and onion, drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, beans, and tomato paste. Simmer 5 minutes.Unroll dough into 4 rectangles. Place in ungreased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan, press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crustBrush dough with oil and sprinkle with cornmeal. Spoon hot meat mixture over crust.Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.Cut into squares and add toppings of lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream etc...
