Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1-1 1/2 lb
stew beef
2
carrots, chopped
2
celery stalks, cut up into bite-sized pieces
2 lb
potatoes, new red, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 c
worcestershire sauce
1 pkg
beef gravy mix
1 pkg
10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1
medium size onion, chopped
2 Tbsp
evoo
2 Tbsp
montreal steak seasoning
1 qt
beef broth

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large skillet, measure olive oil and heat on medium heat until hot. Add onion and beef. Cook until beef is well browned. Add 2 Tbs. Montreal steak seasoning and worchestershire sauce and lower heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
Place in crockpot. Add all vegetables and beef broth. Salt to taste. Cook on medium 4-5 hrs. then turn on warm. Mix gravy mix to directions on back of envelope and add to stew. Cook for 30 minutes.
