Crock Pot London Broil and Gravy

I sooo love this gravy, its the best i have put together!! I also prefer to use London Broil meat above all else due to it is sooo tender and doesnt have alot of fat. I hope you enjoy this as much as I have. I have also used Beef Tips or Stew Beef and do it the same as London Broil and make with rice. I had to do it a different way due to my grandfather not eating mushrooms, so I put the meat in a bowl, and strained out the mushrooms so he would eat it. The next day I recieved a phone call from him telling me that was the best meat and gravy he has had since 1942. So I am taking that as he loved it?

beef consomme
1 can
cream of mushroom soup
1 can
beefy mushroom
london broil (anysize)
salt and pepper
garlic powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Put a crock pot back in your crock pot, rinse your meat and place it in the crock pot.
Mix all your soups together and add your salt pepper and garlic and pour over your meat.
Cook on low for approx 6-8 hrs. Or high for about 4-6 Depends on how fast or slow your pot cooks.
Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes and its the best gravy and meat you have ever had.
