CROCK POT FLANK STEAK

My son made this dish for us one night. It was awesome! We had potatoes and a veggie with it the first night and made burritos with the leftovers.

Ingredients

2 lb
beef flank steaks, diced
1 Tbsp
oil
1 large
onion, diced
2 can(s)
diced greed chilies
1 Tbsp
vinegar
2 Tbsp
chili powder
2 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
montreal steak seasoning
1 tsp
cinnamon
3 can(s)
pinto beans, drained
1 large can(s)
diced tomatoes

Step-By-Step

1In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown steak in oil. Transfer to crock pot.

2In the same skillet, saute onion for a minute or two. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over Flank Steak. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or until the meat is tender. Slice meat and serve with the onion and pan juices.
