egg noodles cooked
beef bouillon cubes crushed.( add to beef stock if you like a more in depth flavor)
water or apple juice
mushrooms sliced,and saute in butter
large onion. chopped in to small pieces,and fried until brown
liquid gravy master
salt and pepper to taste before adding sour cream
put beef in crockpot and top with onions,clove of garlic crushed. salt,pepper,and garlic salt
get a bowl and mix Worcestershire sauce,beef broth, ketchup (Beef Bullion powder,or cubes, if using cubes crush the cubes first ) Whisk them together then pour over the meat.
cook in slow cooker low for 7-8 hours,or high for 4-5 hours
1/2 hour before you serve. Get a small bowl and combine your flour,and apple juice or water. Mix really well.
pour over the meat mixture,and stir really well to combine.add the sauteed mushrooms,Gravy master,and 1 tablespoon of dried parsley, and cook another 30 minutes on high.
Right before serving add sour cream and mix really well to combine.Get your cooked egg noodles and combine with the meat mixture really well and serve.
