MMMmmm so simple but yet sounds so yummy!

Ingredients

3 lb
beef roast
1 env. pkg
mccormick au jus gravy mix
1 env. pkg
good seasons italian salad dressing mix, dry
1 can(s)
beef broth, reduced sodium
1 can(s)
water

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix together all ingredients. Pour over beef.

Cook in crock pot on LOW approximately 8 - 10 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.

My sister-in-law just gave me this recipe. It is excellent!! When the roast is done I pour the drippings into a pot - bring it to a rolling boil and add a mixture of flour and water (1/2 cup flour to 1 cup cold water - shake) pour into the meat drippings - this makes the best gravy!!

Great recipe. I do believe I'll slice the beef, put on a hoagie bun and splash on some of the au jus gravy. PURRRRRFECT dinner with a side of either fries or o rings. CHEERS, CC
