Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef roast
  • 1 env. package mccormick au jus gravy mix
  • 1 env. package good seasons italian salad dressing mix, dry
  • 1 can beef broth, reduced-sodium
  • 1 can water

How To Make crock pot beef au jus

  • Step 1
    Mix together all ingredients. Pour over beef.
  • Step 2
    Cook in crock pot on LOW approximately 8 - 10 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
