Corned Beef in Ginger Ale

- corned beef, in one piece
- 1 bottle
- (1 liter) ginger ale
1Place the meat in a large pot, add the ginger ale, cover and cook until about one hour.
2Optional; Serve with a dollop of mango chutney, tomato relish, a mustard.
Tip: a general rule of thumb for corned beef is to allow 30 minutes per pound.
