Ingredients

2 1/2 oz
corned beef, in one piece
1 bottle
(1 liter) ginger ale

Step-By-Step

1Place the meat in a large pot, add the ginger ale, cover and cook until about one hour.
2Optional; Serve with a dollop of mango chutney, tomato relish, a mustard.
Tip: a general rule of thumb for corned beef is to allow 30 minutes per pound.
