Another comfort food to warm the tummy on a cold night. This simple recipe has been enjoy by my family members for over 40 years. It is definitely a very old recipe.

Ingredients

1 c
soy sauce
1 c
water
3/4 c
sugar
2 can(s)
corned beef
1
medium onion, thinly sliced
1 medium
head of cabbage, sliced

Directions Step-By-Step

Bring to a boil in a large pot, soy sauce, water and sugar.

Add the onions and corned beef, boil until onions are soft.

Add the cabbage and simmer till cabbage is soft.

Serve over hot rice.
