lean ground chuck
small red onion, diced
miami onion rolls (any onion roll would do)
Put all ingredients (except onion rolls) into a bowl.
Form into 6 rounded patties.
Put into freezer for 1/2 hour.
Grill (or pan fry) for 10-13 minutes, turning when needed.
Split onion rolls and place on grill for about 2-3 minutes.
Take buns off the grill. Top with your faviorite toppings. I used lettuce, tomato, mayo & mustard.
