Ingredients

1 lb
pasta of choice
1/2 medium
onion, chopped
1/2
orange bell pepper
3 Tbsp
chilli powder
2 Tbsp
cumin
1 tsp
oregano, dried
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 lb
lean ground beef
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes
2 small can(s)
tomato sauce
4 clove
garlic, fresh
1/2
habanero pepper, fresh
seasoning salt
onion power
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Cook pasta

2Heat oil, add onions, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, and oregano in a skillet. Cook until veggies start to soften.

3Add ground beef. Cook until brown.

4Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic and habanero pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

5Season to taste with the rest of the ingredients.

6Stir in cooked pasta.
