Heat oil, add onions, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, and oregano in a skillet. Cook until veggies start to soften.
Add ground beef. Cook until brown.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic and habanero pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Season to taste with the rest of the ingredients.
