margarine,cut into 4-6 thin slices
fire up the grill[we use carcoal]sprinkle old bay on both sides of steak get it smokin hot lots of ashes[so u can hear it sizzle when meat is put on grill
close top on grill let cook 5-7 min turn over close grill again cook 5-7 minutes more
remove steak from grill and put margarine pats on steak once they melt then dig into and enjoy the steak...
