Cheese and Basil Stuffed Beef

thin cut beef top round
gouda cheese, shredded
Lay out the round each thin cut top round. take 1 ounce of the cream cheese and spread it over the round.
Cover the cream cheese with fresh basil leaves.
Sprinkle with the Gouda.
roll up the meat and place in a pan.
bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until done through.
After the meat is removed from pan, scrape the bottom and top each round with some of the cheesy sauce.
