Ingredients

1 lb
thin cut beef top round
4 oz
block cream cheese
1 bunch
basil
1 c
gouda cheese, shredded

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Lay out the round each thin cut top round. take 1 ounce of the cream cheese and spread it over the round.

2Cover the cream cheese with fresh basil leaves.

3Sprinkle with the Gouda.

4roll up the meat and place in a pan.

5bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until done through.

6After the meat is removed from pan, scrape the bottom and top each round with some of the cheesy sauce.
