Ingredients

3 lb ground beef
1 pkg beefy onion soup mix (sometimes i use 2)
1/4 c bread crumbs
1/4 c oatmeal
1/4 c parmesan
1 tsp garlic pepper
1 egg
2 Tbsp steak sauce

These work for me
I call these cheaters because I don't need to chop anything, these work good with alfredo sauce, marinara sauce, even grape jelly & chili sauce.
This makes 20 large or 40 small.

 

Directions

mix all ingredients, shape into balls, bake at 325* for about 20 minutes, depending on size.

add to sauce.
