Ingredients

ground beef
1 tsp
oil

onion, thinly sliced
8 tsp
pepper
1/2 c
rice, uncooked
10 oz
tomato soup
1 can(s)
water
3 c
cabbage, shredded

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 325.

In large frypan, brown meat in oil for few
minutes; add onion, salt and pepper, then drain.

Add rice, mix well.

Add soup and water.

Put cabbage in baking dish, pour rest over it and do NOT stir.

Bake for 1 hour, uncovered.
