This is a recipe by Ted Reader that I tweaked to make my own...the secret ingredient that makes these burgers so good is the butter!!

Ingredients

3 lb
regular or lean ground beef
4 Tbsp
butter,softened
4 clove
garlic , minced
1 Tbsp
chopped cilantro or parsley
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
mustard, any type
1 pinch
dried hot pepper, cayenne or ancho or whatever you like
12 hamburgers buns

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix together the beef with the butter and all the ingredients seasoning it with s/p to taste.
Don't handle the meat too much as it will make your burgers tough.Pat into 1/4 pound patties or I have a hamburger gadget that I weigh the meat into 4 ounces and toss into the container that presses it into perfect round disks.
At this point freeze or light your Q and cook.
So yummy and these are all the condiments we had when I cooked these this week for company. Enjoy.
