This is so easy to throw together, and can be done the night before in the stoneware section of the crock pot, then put in the fridge over night. Just pop it on the heating base the next morning, and let 'er go! It is hearty, filling, and is a wonderful and delicious smell when you walk into the house after a long day at work!
Layer potatoes and carrots in bottom of crock pot. Arrange meat over carrots. Sprinkle with soy sauce, salt, paprika, pepper and flour. Top with the onions. Mix the beef broth and tomato sauce together and pour over all. Cover.
