Bake

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 can(s)
refried beans
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes with green chiles
2 Tbsp
green chiles, mild, chopped
1 jar(s)
picante sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp
dried onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper
8 oz
mozzarella cheese, shredded
5 large
flour tortillas or 10 small ones
sour cream (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

cook and drain ground beef. Add the rotel, diced chiles, refried beans, onion flakes and cayenne pepper ( salt if desired)mix well.

Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray preheat oven to 350. Place equal amounts of filling on each tortilla, fold sides over and roll, place in dish and pour picante sauce over them. Bake for 20 minutes then spread cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted and slightly browned.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream if desired
