We love burgers but not just a plain burger. We also love Hot Wings, so the thought of both together only made my mouth water more-- I have requests for the recipe every time I make them-- The chips give them a special touch that you have to try to appreciate it.

We love the spiciness of this recipe! The burger has a truly unique flavor that the Crew and I took to immediately. We had mixed reactions to the chips on top... some of the Crew preferred them on the side. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

Ingredients

2 lb
80/20 ground beef
1/3 lb
pepperjack cheese, cubed small
3/4 c
franks red hot buffalo sauce, divided
1/4 c
bleu cheese crumbles
1 c
real mayonaise
1 c
buttermilk
1 pkg
hidden valley ranch dressing mix
6
hamburger buns
1 pkg
kettle cooked potato chips

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix mayonaise, buttermilk, dressing mix, and bleu cheese crumbles. Refrigerate to thicken.

Mix ground beef, cubed pepperjack cheese, and several tablespoons of FRANKS Red Hot Buffalo sauce.

Divide meat into 6 portions and shape into patties. Grill to desired doneness.

Toast hamburger buns. On bottom bun spread more buffalo sauce, then put about 1 ounce of bleu cheese ranch, grilled meat pattie,and then top with a handful of Kettle chips and then top bun.
