Saute onion & beef in iron skillet. Add potatoes. Cook until potatoes are partially cooked.
Wash cabbage & drain slightly. Add to skillet. Cook until potatoes are tender.
Stir in vinegar. Cook until flavors are blended. Serve from skillet.
May substitute sausage or leftover roast or chicken for ground beef. May use either red or green cabbage to suit to taste.
