DirectionsRemove fat.Put bread crumbs on top of steak.Sprinkle salt, pepper, little bit garlic cut up on top of bread crumbs.Sprinkle basil and parmesan cheese.Drizzle a little oil on top.Pat it down with hands.Roll it up tight. Keep filling from falling out.Tie tight with string. I tied it in several spots.Place in skillet. Fry until brownIf you have homemade sauce handy...add meat to it. It gives it a great flavor!!
