Ingredients

6-7 lb
beef brisket
2 jar(s)
mushroom gravy
2 pkg
onion soup mix
2 jar(s)
heinz ketchup (fill empty gravy jars)
2 jar(s)
water (fill empty gravy jars)

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat to 350 degrees

place brisket in a covered roaster

add onion soup mix to brisket

add both jars of gravy,

reuse jars and fill with ketchup and water

cover and cook for six hours (basting every half hour)

let stand for fifteen minutes

slice against the grain and ENJOY!!!
