Ingredients For beefy rice casserole

1.5 lblean ground beef

1/2 cchopped onion

1.5 clong grain rice, uncooked

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cancream of celery soup

2 canwater
How To Make beefy rice casserole

1Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat.

2Put in greased 2 quart casserole.

3Add rice.

4Combine soups in mixing bowl; gradually stir in water until blended and smooth.

5Pour over rice.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or unti liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender.

7Makes 6 - 8 servings.
