1First combine the first 3 ingredients in a small dish. Then add the steak & toss to coat. Cover the dish & refrigerate for about 30 mins to marinate. Stirring meat occasionally. Then remove the meat for the marinade & reserve the marinade.
2Next heat the oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Then add the steak,cook & stir 3 to 4 mins or until no longer pink. Then remove meat form frying pan with a slotted spoon. Cover meat & keep warm.
3Then mix in the vegetables & the rreserved marinade in the frying pan. Bring to a boil & reduce the heat to medium low. Cover fryong pan & simmer about 2 to 3 mins or until fully heated. Then add in the smeat,mix lightly & serve over the rice.
