Beef, Tomato & Potatoe Casserole

My Grandmother always made this for an easy meal on a cold day! It reminds me of being in her kitchen, warm & cozy! She would serve this with a crusty bread.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 can(s)
tomato soup
2 medium
onion, sliced
3 large
potatos,peeled & sliced
salt & pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Pre heat oven to 350 and grease casserole dish

2Brown Ground beef & drain, salt & pepper to taste.

3Layer Beef, then layer potatos, then onions until casserole is full alternating each layer, thin soup slightly with milk and pour over top of caserole.
