white sliced mushrooms
large chopped onion
butter ( i have used up to 2 sticks but then it's really rich)

noodles of your choice, i use the wide flat
1Melt butter in 5 qt dutch oven and brown meat with garlic. Remove and add onion and mushrooms; saute until done. Add back the meat and add Sour Cream. You can add more garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer. While the sauce is simmering cook noodles of your choice. You can either put this sauce or mix it all together, which is what I do.
