Ingredients

2 lb
stew beef
1
diced onion
4 clove
sliced garlic
1 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 tsp
seasoning salt
1 tsp
lemon pepper
1 1/2 c
beef stock

SAUCE

1 lb
sliced mushrooms
1 can(s)
mushroom soup
1/2 c
cream
2 Tbsp
butter

THICKNER

1/2 c
water
2 Tbsp
cornstarch

Step-By-Step

1In Crock pot put first 7 ingredients on high for 1 hour then LOW for next 6 hours

2After beef has finished cooking,In fry pan,fry mushrooms,add soup & cream,add to slow cooked beef,Thicken with 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons cornstarch

3Serve over rice, potatoes,or noodles
