This is sooo easy. . . .& so good & tender. . . .!!! My Hubby wanted me to make another one right away!

Ingredients

2 1/2 lb
boneless brisket (trimmed close)
1 bottle
heinz chili sauce
1 pkg
lipton onion soup
1 can(s)
regular coke

Step-By-Step

1Put brisket on double foil big enough to fully cover. (I used a cassserole dish deep enough to catch all of the liquid, so that I didn't have a mess in my oven while cooking.)
2Mix chili sauce with onion soup mix, then add coke. Stir together carefully. Then pour mixture over meat & cover tightly.
3Bake at 300 degrees for 4-5 hours.
