- 2 1/2 lb
- boneless brisket (trimmed close)
- 1 bottle
- heinz chili sauce
- 1 pkg
- lipton onion soup
- 1 can(s)
- regular coke
1Put brisket on double foil big enough to fully cover. (I used a cassserole dish deep enough to catch all of the liquid, so that I didn't have a mess in my oven while cooking.)
2Mix chili sauce with onion soup mix, then add coke. Stir together carefully. Then pour mixture over meat & cover tightly.
3Bake at 300 degrees for 4-5 hours.
