This is for the SSS challege using balsamic vinegar (in the bbq sauce) and eggplant (on the burger).

Ingredients

ground chuck
buns
cheddar cheese, grated
monterey jack cheese
queso fresco cheese, crumbled (can sub. feta)
turkey bacon, cooked
onion rings-see link
eggplant fries (opt)
bbq sauce-see link
pickled banana peppers

Directions Step-By-Step

Seed and slice anaheim pepper and bread using onion ring breading, fry till golden brown.

Slice eggplant into shoestrings, season with Mrs. Dash chipolte seasoning and fry.

Grill burgers coating with bbq sauce before, during, and after grilling. Stack burger, and enjoy.
