1 1/2 lb	ground beef
1 pkg	dry ranch dressing
1/4 c	buttermilk
	salt and pepper to taste
	couple dashes hot sauce
8 slc	bacon, cooked
1 c	mayonnaise
1/4 c	buttermilk
1 pkg	dry ranch dressing
2 Tbsp	dijon mustard
1/4 tsp	black pepper

I wanted a new burger recipe and bacon and ranch is always a hit around here so I came up with this recipe and it really is delicious.

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients. Form into patties(I usually get 4 large patties or 6 medium)grill or cook in skillet. For Mayonnaise Ranch Sauce: Whisk together, mayonnaise, buttermilk, dry ranch dressing, dijon and black pepper. Spread mayonnaise mixture on toasted kyser roll, place patty on bun and place bacon on patty.
