DirectionsIn skillet on stovetop fry bacon pieces until crisp, remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
In a large mixing bowl gently fold together all ingredients except catsup.Spray medium rectangle baking dish or loaf pan with nonstick spray.Squirt or "frost" meatloaf with catsup. I probably use more than 1/4 C as you can see in the photo.Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes.
About 1/2 way through baking time I try to use a turkey baster to remove the grease that has cooked out of the ground beef dish during the baking process. For the "Deluxe" I serve this meatloaf with a side salad made with iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato & thin sliced raw onion. It really does taste like a Deluxe Bacon Cheeseburger.
