I'm not a meatloaf fan, but this is one yummy recipe.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1/2 lb
italian pork sausage
2 Tbsp
dried onion flakes
2
large eggs
1/2 c
saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp
kosher salt
1/4 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp
lipton onion soup mix

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350*. Place all but the soup mix together in a bowl.

2Add 1/2 of the soup mix package and mix well. Form into a loaf shape and place into dutch oven. Sprinkle remaining onion soup mix over the top and add 1/2 cup water.

3Cook for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 155* to 160*. Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

4If using a Crock Pot, follow above directions but place in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
