Ingredients

2 c
raw hamburger
2 c
raw potatoes, sliced
2 c
celery, chopped
1/2 c
onion, chopped
2 tsp
salt (or less)
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 c
green pepper, diced
2 c
tomatoes, canned
thin slices of onion, (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Grease a casserole dish. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper before adding the next layer. Place potatoes in the bottom of the casserole

2Add the layer of celery. Add the layer of hamburger. Add the layer of onions. Add the green pepper.

3Pour the tomatoes over the mixture. Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
