All- American Tator Tot Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 medium
white onion
10-12 small
mushrooms
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 pkg
rice pilaf ( any flavor)
1 pkg
frozen/canned vegies
1 c
milk
1/2 pkg
tator tots
seasonings to taste

Step-By-Step

1place beef, onion, mushrooms in skillet and cook until hamburg is brown and vegies are cooked to ur liking. Add any seasonings to this mix as well.

2combine soups and milk in a bowl and set aside. Prepare rice as directed.

3Lay the hamburg mixture on bottom of casserole dish.Next add ur vegies. Scoop rice on top of vegies then add a layer of tator tots. Finally pour the soup mixture over tators.

4cook in preheated oven at 400' for 20-25 min.. Serve w bisquites or bread.
