beef stew meat
jalapeno chile peppers, seeded and finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1Trim the fat from the stew meat, cut into bite sized chunks and brown it.
2Chop the onion and the jalapeno.
3Smash the garlic.
4Throw every thing but the beans into a pot, add water and simmer until meat is tender.
5Put the beans into a pot with water and bring to a boil, turn the heat down and simmer until the beans are done.
