6 mdpotatoes, peeled and quartered

1 lgbag of baby carrots

1 lgonion peeled and quartered

4 stickcelery cut into bite size pcs.

2 canstewed tomatoes

minute tapioca
-
salt & pepper
How To Make 5 hour oven beef stew

1Preheat oven to 250 degrees Toss first six ingredients in a roaster pan....then add about 5 palm fulls of tapioca and salt & pepper to taste Toss again and cover Bake for 5 hours and enjoy with some homemade biscuits!
