Easy Chinese Stir-Fry
My daughter and I love this dish. We eat it over angel hair pasta.

- 1 tsp
- 1 lb
- pork tenderloin, cut in thin slices
- carrots, sliced
- 1/3 c
- kraft balsamic vinagrette dressing
- 2 Tbsp
- hoisin sauce
- rice, or angel hair pasta
1Heat oil in large skillet on med-high heat. Add meat and carrots. Stir-fry 5 minutes.
2Stir in dressing and hoisan sauces. Stir-fry 7 minutes, or until carrots are crisp tender, and meat is cooked thoroughly. Serve over rice or angel hair pasta.
