The flavors in this marinade make this one yummy chicken. Add some rice and you've got tasty take-in Chinese. I look forward to preparing this one again.

Ingredients

3/4 c
soy sauce, low sodium
2 Tbsp
chopped garlic
1 1/2 tsp
choped ginger
1/2 c
oil any kind you like
1/4 c
sliced green onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Tbsp
hot sauce

chicken breast sliced in half length wise
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce

Step-By-Step

1Wash and slice your chicken breast in half length wise. Mix all ingredients in a deep dish place chicken breast and marinate for at least 2 hours up to overnight. You can grill these outside or on a cast iron grill. I serve with fried rice and an oriental coleslaw.
