Ingredients: 4 cups of bagel pieces; 3 Â½ cups of whole milk; Â½ cup of caramel coffee creamer (didn't have enough milk, so took a gamble with this and it was really good!); 3 eggs; Â½ cup melted butter; 1 cup of sugar; 1 c. shredded coconut; Â¾ cup chocolate chips; 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
