Key Lime Pie Fudge

Name: Key Lime Pie Fudge
Ingredients: 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk; 1 2/3 cups sugar; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 12 large marshmallows; 2 cups white chocolate chips; 1/4 cup lime rind, grated (about 4 limes); 2 tablespoons key lime juice; 1 cup finely grated graham cracker crumbs; 1/4 cup melted butter (or margarine); 1/4 cup sugar; 2 drops green food coloring (that is what I added to get that color)
